PBL Update week 10
I Respect Safety: Follow rules, follow directions
The last week of any Term sees students and teachers begin to relax a little and do some alternative activities, sometimes with less structure, more creativity and challenging in a different way to what we are used to. It is still important to follow Rules, Follow Directions, especially when engaging in new activities or games.

Our first draw for the year saw lots of winners on Monday's parade. For every 10 PayWay banked a ticket went into the draw. We had a draw for Prep, 1-2, 3-4 and 5-6.
Zones of Regulation (part of social and emotional learning)
Upper school will be looking at 'Triggers'. Student will look at what pushed them into the yellow and red zones. Week 10 of a term is a great time to reflect on this as we are all a little tired and sometimes fuses are a little shorter. Looking at Triggers also helps us to recognise what not only triggers us, but also triggers others.
Middle school is still moving from expected and unexpected behaviours to thoughts. While in lower school all of the Pause lesson for understand the brain, how it works and the Pause strategies have been completed.
