This term in Drama, all students have been engaging in a range of drama games and trust activities that teach collaboration and cooperation. Students need to develop these skills in order to work together on their dramatic performances. This has been a lot of fun and students have been doing a fantastic job.
All students are exploring how performers vary their voices, movements, face expressions and gestures to create and share believable characters and dramatic actions.
Another exciting news story to share is that a large group of students have joined our lunchtime drama club. This is for year 6 students and is open first lunch on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday. The students are working on a play and so far, it has been a lot of fun for all involved. Any other year 6 students who would like to participate, feel welcome to come and join us.
