I Respect Me & You: Hands off! Feet off!
Staff are giving a lot of reminders to our students who love to play rough, as rough play can sometimes become a little serious. Students will be revisiting the Pause strategies of 'take a breath, walk away, have a drink and tell a staff member'. In the classroom, students are still using the 4 R's to help with resilience, as well as reading and understanding situations and appropriate responses.
Double PayWay Week
This week for every PayWay that a student earns, we will double the amount banked! For example, if a student earns 12 PayWay, we will bank 24 PayWay! To add to this, we have also doubled the amount of PayWay that staff have to hand out. We hope to see a lot of students buying from the Respect & Collect Shop this week. We don't offer raincheck, so please encourage students to purchase ASAP to avoid disappointment.
