Learning Support/Intervention Teacher Barbara Robinson has invented a new book borrowing idea for kids who have trouble borrowing from the school library or town library.  It's called 'Swap & Go Bags!'  Kids can borrow a colourful bag of age appropriate books, read them, record it on a sheet of paper, return the bag and choose a different bag.  Every 10 books read results in a small gift as a reward, from Ms Robinson.

The bags have been very kindly sewn by Mrs Rita Tessaro from Mareeba High and the books have been very kindly donated by members of the school or public.

Parents and carers who would like to be involved can ask their child's teacher or Barbara Robinson.  Barb's room is next to Mr Bestmann's room (2B).  Enjoy reading!
